ISome invertebrate animals have hard covers that protect their body (shells: 1 piece/ 2 pieces, very hard shells or thinner shells)
Others don´t have any kind of protective covering
All invertebrate animals are oviparous: they are born from eggs
Snails have 1 shell
Mussels have 2 pieces
The beetle´s shell is thinner
Crabs have a very big and hard shell
